Registration
Getting Registered
In order to buy or sell, you'll need to register for a user account. Sign-up is FREE and only takes a few minutes, however for your protection, new members must be approved by the site moderator prior to activation.
To register as a new user, click on "Register" at the top of the Hobby-Bid homepage. You will be asked for your name, a username and password, and contact information, including your email address and phone number (required).
IMPORTANT: If you have a PayPal account, is is strongly recommended that you use the email address associated with PayPal as your Hobby-Bid email address in order to facilitate bid payments and payment requests.
Registration info will only be used to verify your identification, and will not be given or sold to third parties. (For more on this, be sure to read our Privacy Policy.)
Identity Verification is designed to protect both buyers and sellers. If we are unable to confirm your identity, your activation my be delayed or rejected.
